“Automatic Shovel” ensures Discharge

19.06.2008 | Author: Marcel Dröttboom

The “automatic shovel” KOKEISL® ensures that discharge even of sluggish and bridge prone bulk materials from silos and containers is guaranteed irrespective of the diameter of the outlet aperture. Therefore the outflow can be infinitely regulated. The new, third generation of the this system is now on the market with mechanical elements reduced to a minimum.

Cleaning is very easy and product changes can be made in no time. Sizes up to an outlet aperture of 200 mm diameter are available. The system is used in filling, weighing and dosing installations and has proven its reliability in all kind of applications, e.g. for penicillin, vitamins, sorbitol, starch, calciumcarbonat, titandioxyd, talkum, lactose, sulfur, stearin, colors, siliciumcarbid, quartz, baking powder, spices, etc in the food, pharmaceutical, chemical, rubber, refractory and grinding industry.

The filling respectively dosing installation which integrates the KOKEISL® can be compared with a manually operated filling respectively weighing station: the dosing accuracy is given by the resolution of the scale and by the intellectual abilities of the employee. All kind of different products can be batched in small or large quantities. This also can be done with the KOKEISL® - but integrated in an optimized product flow, traceable and reliable – ergo: the automatic shovel.
