New Organization of Kalenborn

Kalenborn have announced that as of April 1, 2008 it has reorganized under the new name of Kalenborn International GmbH & Co. KG. This company takes over the leading function for a total of 12 affiliated companies. A new company has been formed, Kalenborn Kalprotect GmbH & Co. KG, to be responsible for handling the operative business from the Vettelschoss location.

The group of companies offers tailor-made wear protection solutions from consultation, planning and production to design and installation on-site based on a wide array of materials.

The company has experienced dynamic growth during the last 10 years, expanding a sales volume of approximately EUR 15 million and three associated companies to a business with consolidated sales of more than EUR 40 million and 12 associated companies. The number of people on the payroll worldwide is about 500.

The managers of Kalenborn International will be Dr. Conrad Mauritz, Michael W. Rokitta and Dietmar Tremmer. The operative company Kalenborn Kalprotect will be managed by Michael W. Rokitta and Dietmar Tremmer.
