BulkSolids India 2010
On March 2-3, 2010 the first BulkSolids India will take place in the Nehru Centre in Mumbai, India. The organizers of this event are Vogel Business Media and NürnbergMesse.
BulkSolids India will consist of an international conference, organized by Vogel Business Media and an accompanying exhibition, which will be organized by NürnbergMesse’s international subsidiary, Nürnberg Global Fairs.
The handling of raw materials is one of the most vital parameters for smooth-running processes in countless industries. The process chosen depends on the properties of the bulk solid material to be handled.
Both, the conference programme and the accompanying exhibition of the BulkSolids India 2010 in Mumbai are devoted to these processing technologies and both clearly focus on the transport, storage and handling of bulk solids granules and powders. This combination results in a compact event for India’s bulk solids industry. Some 200 trade visitors and conference participants and approx. 40 exhibitors are expected at the premiere of the event.
The topics of the conference, which will be held in English, are: bulk ports, belt conveying, storage, dust emission control, pneumatic conveying, slurry transportation, train loading and unloading. maintenance and bulk material properties. A programme committee of top experts from the powder and bulk community, chaired by Dr. V.K. Agarwal is currently drawing up the conference programme.
The exhibition mainly aims at industries involved in processing technologies for powder and bulk materials – e.g. conveying and transport, storage, mixing and separating – safety and environmental technologies, particle analysis and characterization and other services.
Since India is currently one of the fastest-growing economies in the world, the organizers Vogel Business Media and NürnbergMesse are looking forward to an exciting event which will bring together people from all over the world to discuss and network in an inspiring atmosphere.
